foodie friday casa costello romanian mum

chorizo, pepper chutney puff pastry

A perfect snack for after school or work on a Friday. Really easy and quick to make but full on flavour! Once again, I find myself marvelling at how versatile a pack of chilled ready-made pastry can be. These pinwheels are also great for a lazy Saturday morning. Feel free to use your favourite flavour of chutney or whatever you already have open in the fridge.

I love these! I can rarely resist buying the ones in Tesco from the bakery counter, I never thought about making my own! Could be very dangerous!

And there was me thinking I am original – didn’t even know Tesco did them! Will hunt them out and do a taste comparison x

Loving the flavours you’ve put in these pinwheels… I keep meaning to make pinwheels but have ended up with Pot Pies and Pasties… next week I really must get down to it!!! Thanks for hosting Foodie Fridays… I’ve just entered ๐Ÿ™‚
