What is it about Sunday's? They come around so quickly. I start off the week with such good intentions - I mentally had about 3 entries for this week's Great Blogger's Bake Off - but one will have to do.
This is truly a bake for people who need something easy and quick and haven't got a lot of ingredients in. I have used a whole pack of HobNobs but a packet of Digestives (or even Malted Milk/Shorties if you are really desperate!)
