Pork and Magners Cider Slow Cooker Sensation
This was one of the easiest recipes I've ever made - It has made me fall in love with my slow cooker again!
Ingredients
- 330 g diced pork
- 3 apples chopped
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 sage leaves
- 1 bottle Magners Cider
Instructions
- Brown off the pork in a pan
- Add the chopped veg
- Pour in the cider
- Leave on medium heat (or in the oven on about 140) for at least 4 hours - Our was in for 7 hours in the end but was absolutely fine and the pork was really soft
- Serve with Mash and Green Beans
