The best sleep of my life must have been when I went to Astana, Kazakhstan, to see my favourite singer in concert. The night before the concert I was so tired from travelling and my hotel room and bed were incredibly luxurious, slept happily and peacefully for 9 hours straight!

It was at home and it was in around 2010 ?? we went to Chester Zoo for the day and when I got into bed I literally went flat out and had that fab feeling in my legs when it feels like you’re bouncing on a trampoline but you’re not moving ? I’ve never ever slept as good as that! I have so much trouble falling asleep and having a good sleep, I like being ill because you end up falling asleep so easy at the beginning ???

I had the best night sleep in Barcelona it was my first holiday abroad and I took my 10yr old son so just the two of us on a very budget. There ended up being an error on the website which basically put me in a hotel triple my budget so it was pure luxury….I’ve never experienced a bed like it it was like i was floating in cotton wool!!!

My best ever sleep was probably on a trip to Dublin to see a band. On the day I flew over, I woke up with a cold and was dosed up on flu meds, cough syrup and Guinness! We had a great night at the gig, and the bed at the hotel was super comfy. I slept so soundly and woke up really refreshed. Unfortunately, I slept so deeply that I trapped a nerve in my shoulder!
