I adore making sugar cake toppers and love it when I’m asked to do Bride & Groom personalised wedding cakes.
This cake is of a recent wedding cake featuring the bride, groom (who sings in a Oasis tribute band) and their lovely baby. You can just about see their dog who is an essential part of the family peeking around the side.
The more details couples give me the better. I often get told details of the all important wedding dress (and obviously keep it as secret from the groom). It often means that the groom doesn’t come to visit the finished cake the day before the ceremony as I would hate to be the one to let the cat out of the bag!
I did not do the TWD challenge this week. Todd and chocolate just don’t mix. He can do chocolate icing but not a whole chocolate cake. Your wedding cake is beautiful! I am sure it was well received!
