Linen Loft – My day of luxury

Linen Loft LOGO

A couple of weeks ago I was invited to the Open Day of a new Home Decor and Boutique Gift store in Cheshire. Linen Loft has up until now been a company dedicated to selling through parties in people’s homes – Think Candle , Tupperware, Cooking parties and you are nearly there. They have now branched out to their own store in Cranage and wisely want to show it off.

The weather was truly dreadful and I definitely considered turning back half way but I’m really glad I didn’t. Joanne, who started Linen Loft after the birth of her 3rd child, was absolutely lovely. What was really impressive was how natural their customer service is at Linen Loft – a couple of people came into the shop to browse and were made to feel so welcome, even though there was an event going on.

Apparently the colours for next season are Mulberry and Slate (or Purple & Grey if you are that way inclined)

And so the products. While we were there, Joanne gave us a demonstration of how to vary the looks of a bedroom with minimal expense. Two weeks later I’m still thinking of the luxurious furry bed throw that she used and kicking myself for not buying it when I was there. At just £25 it is so reasonable.

That was my impression of the whole place actually. I did expect the prices to be on the expensive side so was really surprised when they were so reasonable but great quality too.

Christmas Demonstration Linen Loft

If you get chance to go, promise me you will sniff the Christmas Candles – Warm Mince Pies is so realistic but without the calories! I also loved the Max Benjamin range of scents – including the one, Lemongrass and Ginger, that Joanne reckons smells like ‘Clean Man’.

Nativity Set

I had Tara with me on the day, so naturally spent quite a while in the children’s section. I have a feeling we will be back as we change Tara’s room from a toddler room to a little girl’s room.

Much fun was had in the Tepee!

Many Thanks to all at Linen Loft for the lovely day and the wonderful free gift we received. My house will smell truly delicious this Christmas!

If you are looking for Christmas gifts or Home Decor, I highly recommend a visit to Linen Loft (There is a garden centre next door so you can get a brew afterwards). They are also recruiting for people to become part of the Linen Loft at Home Team. Email: if you are interested.
