As it is the Jubilee weekend and most of the nation is hanging on tenterhooks waiting to see what the weather will bring, I include in this post as video of artwork made out of 2012 cupcakes to look like HM Queen Elizabeth II. I would LOVE to get involved in one of these giant food artworks – I still feel sad that I missed out on being involved on the Skoda made out of cake a few years ago. The youtube vid shows how the artwork was made (quickly!). Fabulous!
